Grasmere Duathlon & Trail Runs – Saturday 29th March 2025

The highly anticipated annual Grasmere Duathlon returns to the Lake District on Saturday 29th March 2025. Set against the stunning backdrop of Grasmere Village, participants will run along scenic trails before cycling through the breathtaking roads towards Elterwater (Sprint distance) or Hawkshead & Coniston (Standard distance). With one of the most picturesque transition locations, this is an event that many return to year after year.

Race Distances

🏃‍♂️ Sprint (Short) Duathlon: 5km run, 20km cycle, 2.5km run

🏃‍♀️ Standard Duathlon: 10km run, 40km cycle, 5km run

In addition to the duathlons, 5km and 10km trail runs will also take place.
